This ideally located home is tucked along the shop and restaurant-dotted Kuhio Ave and a block from the world-famous Kalakaua Ave. The Pacific Monarch is a secured building steps away from Duke’s Lane eateries and ABC Stores and a short stroll to Waikiki Beach. Easy access to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Diamond Head Monument/Hike, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Waikiki Zoo, and Waikiki Aquarium.
**Pacific Monarch Rooftop Renovation** The building plans to begin these projects next week (3/13), which they expect to take about 2 months. For most of the work they will just close off small portions of the rooftop in the area they are working. There will be a few days the spa will be closed when they install new stone coping & deck tiles. The pool may require closure for one or two days to allow application of surface waterproofing around it. They are working with the contractors to try to minimize those closures by doing evening work when possible. The BBQ grills will be out of service 2 - 3 weeks when they work on that area beginning late next week (3/13) or the week after (3/20).
This unit is not part of the hotel pool. This property is independently owned and managed and does not offer/include daily cleanings or linen services.
