The Hawaiian Monarch is a secured building that includes a spacious sun deck with grilling area, pool, and hot tub steps away from Waikiki’s shopping, restaurants, nightlife and activities. Take a short stroll to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, and Hawaiian Convention Center.

This partially remodeled studio offers ocean and pool views and sleeps 2. This unit is located on the 11th floor. Elevators are available.

This home includes a kitchenette with a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware.

The building lobby levels also have a locally-owned coffee shop, car rental, King’s (bar), convenience store and restaurant (Burger & Sushi). Building has 24/7 security, elevators and attached, secured garage.

PARKING
This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $40/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

Me and my husband had a great stay here! The coffee shop downstairs was so convenient and everything was so close to here. The only small problem we had was with the key cards, but it seemed that everyone in the building had problems with their key cards so hopefully whoever manages those can fix them soon. Other than that, everything was great! Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo Terry for being so welcoming and communicative! We had a great first time in Hawaii!!

This was a good location, especially for attending a conference at the convention center. Walking to the beaches and to the main downtown strip takes about 15 - 20 mins. The room was clean and the hosts were great, effective communicators.

Great stay and awesome host. Location is perfect, right on Kalakaua ave with tons of restaurants and stores and less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

The place is great location to access downtown, bus stop and Biki. I really enjoyed it. Definitely I would stay Terry’s place next trip in Hawaii.

Terry and Maya are wonderful hosts. The minute we booked, we were supplied with every detail needed to secure a successful visit. Additionally, the hosts are more than accommodating and if you have an issue during your stay, not to worry, all you have to do is access your app and notify Terry and Maya, the hosts will reply and if immediate assistance is needed, all one must do is call. Thank you guys so much with helping make our vacation that much better!
