This unit had many issues. It was not up to the cleanliness standards that I have for a rental property. Many things were broken - the fridge, the tub was always stuck in "shower" mode. There was dust everywhere when I first checked in. The property management company was responsive but didn't fix things right away.
Very basic accommodations

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The site is very noisy all night. There is nowhere to put clothes. The “kitchen “ had little to use to cook with. The window blinds were missing vertically panels and the window washers started in at 8am. It was very basic. There was a lovely pool deck and BBQ. There’s a cute restaurant called the Cream Pot on the first floor that was great for breakfast. And a bakery for grab and go. It’s a short walk through a beautiful park to the beach. Waikiki Beach was only a mile or two away and a pleasant walk.

Place was great. The view of the river and mountains were awesome. I was working remote there and had no issues with the WiFi at all. The location is close to everything shopping beach bars ect. There were also scooters to rent I did the full week option and it was well worth it. Grate pool and sun deck and beautiful clean beaches. The stove is a bit small but that was expected based on the pictures witch are very accurate to what you get. The Bed was super comfy and everything was very clean. One thing I wish there was in the apartment would be a small vacuum just for day to day incidences but there was a sweeper which was fine for the the size of the room. I would definitely stay there again it may be a little older of a unit but for the price you can’t beat the location at all and even tho it’s older it was still really clean. On top of all this the host reaching out to make sure there were no issues and I was having a good stay was wonderful. A+ service.

This was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is very basic, without even a dresser or shelves for clothing. We had a problem early on that was addressed promptly. It is in need of repair of the blinds and AC. It was quite noisy at night. We had wanted to be able to do some light cooking, but weren’t really able to make use of the stove and there were no utensils for cooking except a small pot and wooden spatula type thing. Cream Pot is a lovely little restaurant on the ground floor with some delicious special puffy pancakes. Down the street is Waikiki Brewing Company that had good burgers and beer. It’s close to a beautiful park and not far from a beach with some equipment rentals that were quite reasonable. If you’re taking the bus around, there’s a lot of major routes that stop close by. Good upscale shopping nearby.

We were unable to make our trip due to airlines canceling flights. So I can’t say how things really were. It sucks when airlines cancel at the last minute and you lose all of your money for a room you weren’t able to stay in. Was looking forward to it. Perhaps sometime in the future we will try again

This was a nice, clean, well priced apartment at a great location with a lovely sunrise view. I brought my bike since I planned to do a lot of riding, and I did!, but later found out I was not supposed to have my bike in my room so just a heads up to inquire about storage alternatives if you plan on bringing yours! The bed was comfortable, shower had great water pressure, air conditioning unit kept the room cool. I traveled alone to visit with resident friends so this was a perfect place with adequate amenities, a neat little coffee shop on the lower level, and convenience store. Terry was attentive and checked in on me to make sure everything was going well!!

Very convenient location. Friendly, responsive host. Unit and building has everything you need for a short-term stay. Can be a little bit noisy from the street traffic, but expected for the location. Great value.
