We specialize in legally zoned vacation rentals that are handled with care and consideration for the community our guests visit. We pride ourselves on delivering high occupancy, maximum market exposure across multiple platforms, and premium partnerships that allow us to deliver excellent service at a low-market fee of 18% of gross rental revenue.
Our guests also enjoy a modern hospitality experience, including virtual guidebooks, QR codes for item requests, updated cleaning and property inspection software, automated messaging and eco-friendly consumables.
Novation Realty delivers the same simplicity and transparency to our long-term property owners. We offer video tours, professional photography, and social media marketing for traditional, residential rental properties. Our small team provides a hands-on touch to your property and the tenants that will call it home, for a low fee of 8% gross rental revenue.

We are a small, family-owned business proud to be located right here in Honolulu. We started Novation Realty on the belief that property management could be rooted in kindness, common sense, and care for our island community.
When we began our venture, we were horrified by the destruction of illegal vacation rentals across the island and the impact that unlicensed managers could have on unsuspecting owners. We created our company to highlight that legally zoned rentals in permitted areas could bring in revenue to local property owners and to our community, while still providing an authentic experience for guests. We pride ourselves on digital owner statements, eco-friendly consumables, and promoting care for the community in our guest communications.
