Sustainability While Visiting Waikiki

We pride ourselves on providing eco-friendly consumables as much as we can. These include biodegradable & recycled trash bags, biodegradable & recycled sponges, recycled & recycle-able hand soap packets, and recycled toilet paper and paper towels whenever possible.

Plastic bottles have no place in our home – or yours, during your stay on our island. We use refillable body soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers filled with vegan/cruelty-free products in every unit. We also refill dish soap containers and utilize eco-friendly dishwasher pods in our larger properties.

Our team stocks reusable shopping bags in each unit whenever possible, so that guests can avoid the plastic & paper bags and coinciding fees during their stay. We also drop off requested items in reusable bags, which guests can additionally use until checkout.

Unfortunately, not all our properties have recycling options, but we encourage guests to recycle if possible. Please view the trash room signage at your property to locate direction for recycling at applicable buildings.

All our linens are professionally washed, dried and pressed in commercial-grade machines that comply with COVID-19 protocol and are more efficient than our cleaners washing and drying them in the units or offsite. This also reduces the need for re-washing and re-drying, and helps extend the life of items to avoid greater waste.
