Novation Realty advertises your property on multiple vacation rental platforms, at an approximate 95% reach of the online vacation rental market. We also pride ourselves on a low 18% management fee, dynamic pricing, and charging TAT, GET, and cleaning fees directly to guests – not to our owners.
Can I see my Property Calendar & Rates?
We offer an Owner Dashboard through our software, which provides owners with guest stays, nightly rates, and calendars that are updated in real time. From your owner dashboard, you can adjust rental rates, book owner stays, and more! We love transparency and putting owners in the driver’s seat.
How do you Care for my Property over time?
Novation Realty hires our own cleaners. Our cleaning staff is equipped with updated cleaning software to conduct a ‘mini-inspection’ in between every guest stay. Our executive staff also conducts semi-annual unit inspections for wear, tear, and preventative measures to keep your unit up and running.
What if a Guest damages my Property?
We clean your unit after every single guest departure, meaning a member of our team will be in your property within a few hours of every guest stay. Our cleaners are trained to inspect the unit for damage each and every time. While damages are very rare, this empowers us to bill guests for damages immediately & appropriately.
