Unit is a good size for a couple- close to everything which is nice!! Tight with kids. Limited towels. Parking would’ve been a nightmare had a staff member not come out and explained it to us so thank you Joe!! Nice and clean. A/c unit needs to be replaced, barely cooled room. I am always cold but it was quite warm here. Safe area and safe property.
One thing that can be an issue is checking in. No where to park and you have to go into the lobby to retrieve keys but as I mentioned, we had help so that made all the difference here. Otherwise, I would’ve ended up with a migraine because that’s just me!

Walking distance to lots of great shopping and restaurants. Parking spot is a life saver for my rental car. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

"Amazing location, private access, and private parking spot under building. Room was relatively clean. 9.1/10 overall rating! I would stay again! Check in: Getting the keys/ parking was a little tricky, but once you do it for the first time, you memorize it for the trip. Location: Heart of Waikiki, plenty of food and shops just downstairs, great views from the UNIT as well. Laundry: Stayed a week, so had to do laundry, laundry room was very close (same floor/hallway near room) - was easy and clean! (You buy your own soap and pay with a laundry card you can reload downstairs) Sleeping: Based on the reviews I expected the loud busy streets but around 10:30-12 everything dies down outside so had no trouble sleeping, plus AC was a little loud but did not bother me at all. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable, just make sure to put some flat sheets over the sofa bed. Cleanliness: Everything looked clean but when you get closer you notice some dirty spots like, around the microwave, or the vent in the bathroom, or even the AC unit. It didn’t bother me too much just pointing it out. Parking: Nice big spaces, and the designated spot was easily accessible! Only thing I would say for others to watch out is it is a (6 foot clearance for vehicles!) Overall would stay again, very affordable and great location! I felt very safe in the building, because of its “key access only” feature. I just wish there was more than ONE key fob…. Notes: Buy shampoo and conditioner, and laundry soap…"

Terry was an excellent host. Check in and check out was a breeze. Had no idea how great the location was when we booked. I will definitely stay here again!

Great place especially if you have your own surfboard! Booked this place as a solo surf trip to celebrate my graduation for 10 days and I bought my own surfboard during this trip. This place has a surfboard rack that is first come, first serve which was great for my stay! Would recommend bringing your own lock. In regards to the amenities, the host provided all that was needed for the stay! If you don't want to eat outside, you can cook at the place! Also, the washer and dryer in the hotel was a plus. Very easy to do laundry. The hosts were also very accommodating and super responsive. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed for a couple days here and we enjoyed the apartment and location! it's very central to everything and great food spots right downstairs. The room is just like the photo - has everything you need for two! The building/hotel itself is a little dated but nothing to complain about. On the first day we had a little technical trouble with the lock on the door but the hotel facility was very accomdating to open it for us everytime we came back. I didn't contact the host right away since we were hungry and tired since we landed late that afternoon, but Terry was quick to reply and the lock was fixed right away the next day and was fine for the rest of our stay. We would recommend this airbnb if you're in Waikiki!

This was a great stay The pictures did not do it justice as it appears some upgrades have happened.
Loved the artwork felt Like Aloha the whole time we were there. The pool was great. The restaurant was great as well. Novation realty Terry Gross took good care of us
