Newly remodeled and fantastically located Waikiki studio with private lanai at the secure Kuhio Village building. Located right on Kuhio Ave., our guests enjoy easy access to the upscale Duke’s Lane, newly built International Market Place, Kalakaua Ave and world-famous Waikiki Beach. This unit offers ac, wifi, and cable right off the Kuhio Ave and its plentiful restaurants, shops, nightlife and activities.

This home is a pet-friendly studio with private lanai, queen bed (sleeps 2), dining for 2, kitchenette and full bath with shower/tub. Sleeps 2 guests and is located on the 7th floor. Elevators are available. Permit Number: 2211-CCH-0306

KITCHEN/DINING
This home includes a kitchenette with a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware.

PARKING
This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $25-35/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

LOCATION
The Kuhio Village offers easy access to Honolulu’s most upscale offerings, the newly built International Market Place and Duke’s Lane. Take a short walk to the restaurant- and boutique-filled Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, soft-sanded beaches, famous restaurants, surf lessons, paddle board rentals, and shopping. Close to Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Diamond Head State Monument and more.

This unit is not part of the hotel pool. This property is independently owned and managed and does not offer/include daily cleanings or linen services.

This unit is smaller than other units in the same building (no kitchen stove or sink) but if you’re only planning to use the space to sleep, it’s cozy and very close to the beach&other Waikiki attractions!

When you get to Terry’s place be ready for a great experience and value. You are literally steps from Waikiki beach. If you like great food each corner has something special from local favorites to a wide range of choices just by asking the locals. The studio was cozy and has the basics for a great stay. Thank you Terry and your staff for checking in on us. Looking forward to coming back.

Perfect place for two. Location is convenient, comfortable bed, loved the Roku TV, the place comes with everything you’d think you need, better than staying at a hotel! Loved everything about this place. Only thing that I expected would suck is the parking, but it’s not any different anywhere else. I’m definitely staying here again next time I visit.

"If you are looking for a nice, clean place to stay on a budget while taking the days to explore the island, you found the right place. We found it quite comfortable and well set up. I would definitely stay here again. (Just know that you have to pull the round part of the bathtub faucet down to turn the shower on)"
